We are currently in an exciting phase of growth, both in terms of business scope and organizational development, and we're looking for a dynamic Product Lead to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Lead to drive the strategy, development, and success of our product offerings. This role will involve close collaboration with several teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure that our products meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals. Additionally, the Product Lead will play a critical role in organizational development, helping to shape the company's structure and processes to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals. Create and maintain a detailed roadmap to drive product development and innovation.
  
  
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis in cloud computing industry to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Understand our customers needs, pain points, and use cases.
  
  
• Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on the business.
  
  
• Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on product development and launches.
  
  
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Translate customer insights into product features and enhancements.
  
  
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches. Coordinate with marketing and sales to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  
  
• Manage a team of product managers, technical product managers, and product designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement organizational structures and processes that support business growth. Provide insights and recommendations on improving team dynamics, communication, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management roles, including at least 1 year of leading and mentoring product teams, preferably within the cloud computing ecosystem.
  
  
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  
  
• Demonstrated experience in organizational development, including designing and implementing structures, processes, and strategies to improve team performance and company growth.
  
  
• Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  
  
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  
  
• Deep empathy for customers and a passion for creating products that solve real problems and deliver significant value.
